How do I get started?
Once you place your order, you will need to fill in some instructions like logo name and some information about your business/company.
Which package should I choose to get an outstanding logo?
To get an outstanding logo, my recommendation is always towards the STANDARD (most ordered) or PREMIUM package (highly recommended) as they offer more Logo options to chose from and refine.
What is the vector or source files?
Vector/Source files (Ai and Eps) are original editable files of the logo which are print ready for high-quality printing. They give you a free hand on customization, changing colors or changing of sizes. They come handy for any future design purposes.
What is logo transparency or a PNG file?
A PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background so you can upload the same on your website, on your blog, etc. without having a white/black/colored background to it.
What is a 3D mockup?
A mock-up is a better presentation of your logo on different backgrounds/textures and situations and can be used by you to advertise your business in all social media and much more. it will comes only in high resolution JPEG. No revisions for this, made at my choice.
What does 3/4 logo options mean?
According to the package selected, it will include two or three Logo options for the same Brand/Company/Business/Name. If you have two or three different names, kindly order multiple gigs respectively.
What is the difference between a concept and a revision?
A concept is a totally new logo. A revision does not mean a brand new logo but changes such as placement adjustments, font changes, color changes etc. And If you need any modification, I can do it for selected logo only.
When will my order be completed?
Your order will be automatically marked as complete three days after I deliver the work unless a modification is requested. Leaving a review will also close the order. So it’s important to pay attention to the delivery date.
What if I am not satisfied with the design?
No worries - you get at least 8 Revisions in the Basic Package, unlimited in the Standard and unlimited Revisions in the Premium one. Just shoot me a message with the things you want to be changed and I will make sure that the end design turns out exactly how you envisioned it.
How many final logos will be delivered at the end of the project?
Only one.. Final files will be provided for the final chosen design. In case you love all the designs, you can pay a minimal fee to get them all :)
